Classes

I offer different ways to learn. See below for more information on which service works best for you

Group Classes

I offer a Beginners Dressmaking Course which runs over 4 weeks. You will learn how to use a sewing machine and make some lovely things along the way.

I also offer Group Classes to make a particular garment (for example a t-shirt, a shirt with collar and cuffs, or a pair of trousers) over a number of weekly lessons.

Classes are run with a maximum of 4 students to ensure lots of hands on help and advice.

1:1 lessons

Perhaps you would prefer a lesson tailored specifically to your needs? We can work on your project together and I can provide detailed help and advice to develop your sewing and dressmaking skills. 

1:1 lessons are bookable for 2 hours at a time.

I generally offer this service Monday - Friday 10am-12 o'clock.

Price: £30 per hour for an individual. You can also book a private lesson for more than one person - simply add £5 per hour per person.

After School Classes

Suitable for young people aged 8-17.

I teach in groups of 4 students and the lesson is tailored to your age and skill level.

We have made everything from PJ bottoms to jeans! 

Classes are currently taught 

Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:15pm - 5:45pm

Price: £16.50 per lesson per student, payable half termly in advance

I currently have a waiting list for a space so please email with your young person's name and age and I will be in touch when a space becomes available
